Policy for weather-related ride cancellation: Check your e-mail one hour before the ride meeting time for an update on whether the ride will be held. If you have any questions about whether a ride will be held contact one of the Road Captains (Ed Hobbs, Tom Nelson or Mike Klotz) or another officer for update information. If you look out your window and are wondering whether a ride is going to be held, follow the above procedures.
